DONTNOD est un studio indépendant fondé en 2008 qui développe des jeux vidéo appartenant à divers genres populaires comme l’aventure (Life is Strange / Les aventures Extraordinaires de Captain Spirit), l’action (Remember Me), ou encore le jeu de rôle (Vampyr). Chaque nouveau jeu, qu’il soit épisodique ou indépendant, est une création multiplateforme originale proposant une expérience narrative et un gameplay inédits destinés à un public varié. Le studio s’est forgé une réputation internationale en collaborant avec des éditeurs de premier plan tels que Square Enix, Bandai Namco Entertainment, Focus Home Interactive, et Capcom.
